Ways to work with me

If you’re here, chances are content is high on your radar - but so is everything else. The question is how to make it work without it becoming another thing constantly fighting for your attention.

I usually help teams in one of two ways: building the foundations so content runs better in-house, or providing hands-on writing support you can rely on.

Content-to-revenue audit

£2,000 · 1-2 weeks

Two people, a man and a woman, sitting on a dark sofa in a modern office lounge, looking at a laptop on a white coffee table, with documents and a red book nearby.

A focused piece of work to understand what your content is actually doing and where it’s falling short.

I review your content and messaging to identify what’s landing, what’s being ignored, and what’s missing, then turn that into a clear set of priorities you can act on.

The aim isn’t more content. It’s getting clear on what’s actually worth doing next.

Best for: Teams producing content consistently but lacking clarity on what’s working

Writing and execution

Sometimes the foundations are there, you just need someone to get the work done.

I work with B2B SaaS teams on an ongoing or project basis, turning ideas, briefs, or rough drafts into clear, well-structured content that's ready to publish. The focus is always on quality, consistency, and making sure the content does what it's meant to do.

Typical work includes blogs, landing pages, thought leadership, case studies, and longer-form assets.

Ballpark pricing

To give you an idea, typical starting points look like:

  • Blog posts: from £450

  • Case studies: from £900

  • Ebooks and long-form assets: from £1,900

Final pricing depends on scope, but these figures should help you gauge whether we're in the right range.

Best for: Teams who want dependable writing support without managing multiple freelancers

Retainers and ongoing support

For teams who want regular support, I also offer monthly retainers and packages. These are built around what you actually need - whether that's regular blog posts, case studies, ebooks, or a mix - and bundled together at a reduced rate.

Monthly retainers typically look like:

  • £1,200/month: 3 blog posts

  • £1,900/month: 3 blog posts plus a case study or landing page

  • £2,200+/month: A mix of blog posts, case studies, long-form content, LinkedIn posts, and whatever else makes sense month to month.

Best for: Teams who want the benefit of a content manager without the cost of hiring in-house
